Shipping policy

Ordering:
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include information about the product(s), price, billing details, and delivery address. If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at emmav.jorgensen@icloud.com

Delivery:
After placing an order, the product is being packed and shipped out from our warehouse in Oslo. The estimated delivery time is 1-5 days. Once the product is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your delivery. If there is a delayed delivery (without prior notification of longer delivery time), please contact us at email: emmav.jorgensen@icloud.com. Please not that customs fees and VAT may apply upon arrival on international orders.
